SPI MACHINE
We have SPI machine for every line to check the solder paste thickness to meet high density components and complicate boards with fine pitch BGA design requirements, then provide stable and reliable PCBA boards to our customer.

ON-LINE AOI
We equip AOI machine for each line to inspect the PCBA boards to guarantee the quality,supply high quality boards to our customer.
X-RAY MACHINE
We equip X-ray machine to inspect the soldering quality, especially for BGA components, and we also have Infrared BGA Soldering Station, so we could assembly high difficulty and complicate boards, and provide reliable and stable quality for our customer.
