HEALTH AND SAFETY REQUIREMENTS

（1）The company shall understand general industry hazards and any specific hazards, provide a safe and healthy working environment, and take necessary measures to minimize the hazards in the working environment when possible, so as to avoid health hazards at work, due to work implementation, or due to work-related accidents.

（2）The company shall periodically provide effective health and safety indications for employees, including field indication and special working indication (if required). The company shall provide training for new employees, transferred employees, or employees working in accidental workplace.

（3）The company shall establish a mechanism to detect, prevent and cope with potential threats that may harm the health and safety of employees. The company shall document all incidents occurring in the workplace and in the company's controlled residence and property.

（4）The company shall provide labor safety and hygiene conditions as well as necessary labor protection articles in accordance with local regulations, conduct regular health inspections for employees engaged in jobs with occupational hazards, and provide special training for employees engaged in special operations and help them obtain special operation qualifications.

（5）If any employee is injured at work, the company shall provide first aid and assist in the employee to obtain follow-up treatment.

（6）The company shall assess all risks to pregnant women outside of work behavior and take reasonable measures to eliminate or reduce risks to their health and safety.

（7）The company shall provide all employees with clean toilets, potable water, and sanitary facilities for employees to store food where possible.

（8）If the company provides staff dormitories, it should ensure that the dormitory facilities are clean, safe and meet the basic needs of employees.

（9）The company shall identify and assess emergency situations and incidents and minimize impacts by implementing emergency contingencies and emergency procedures.

（10）The company shall establish a work injury investigation, analysis and measurement process to reduce the incidence and work injuries.
