BUSINESS ETHICS REQUIREMENTS

（1）All commercial activities shall comply with standards of good faith. Any form of corruption, extortion, misappropriation of public funds, and money laundering shall be prohibited. Monitoring and strengthening procedures shall be implemented to ensure compliance with the requirements of clean business.

（2）No bribes or other forms of illegitimate gains may be offered or accepted, and the value of gifts shall be appropriate.

（3）Information about business activities, organizational structure, financial status, and performance shall be disclosed in accordance with applicable laws and major industry practices.

（4）Respect for intellectual property rights. Transfer of technology and production experience shall ensure the protection of intellectual property rights.

（5）Standards for fair trade, advertising, and competition shall be established. Measures to protect customer information are compulsory.

（6）Procedures for protecting supplier and employee informants as well as ensuring the confidentiality of their identities are mandatory.
